Green is not bad if you are aiming for nutritional Ketosis as you are aiming for somewhere between mid to high green and orange. Your carb intake has dropped low enough and your glycogen store level has dropped sufficiently that you are producing ketones but you may need to still cut them lower around 25g per day to get deeper into Ketosis if that is your aim. Protein can also be converted to glycogen through Gluconeogenesis  so you will also need to ensure you are not consuming too much protein.
